New Carbon Technology

Our Wuthocker is the world’s first one-piece 3D-forged carbon seatpost. We developed this unique manufacturing process ourselves and brought it to series. This process combines Compression Compound Molding (CPMC) with our 3DFC technology, which essentially forges carbon. The result is a seatpost made almost entirely of carbon, including rails and clamps. All of this is achieved in a single, finely tuned manufacturing process, ensuring optimal quality and precision.
